This certification testing to a national consensus standard, such as NFPA, is an excellent means of documenting individual skills proficiency in accordance with OSHA 1910.146. The course begins with core skills and concludes with testing to the job performance requirements listed in NFPA 10 for both Confined Space and Rope Rescue Technician Level.
